How that brand represents itself on social media, phone calls, via email, and in online reviews all work to form a perception of the quality of your brand. How quickly you respond to questions, how quickly you act to solve problems, whether your website loads fast.
So when you see an article about how brands can improve their marketing, that’s something you should read. It might not always apply to your specific situation, but in general you need to start viewing your RV park as a brand that is always under the microscope of consumers. The same as an old billboard or a terrible logo could work against you.
